About the role

We build marketing sites, web apps, and AI-powered tools for clients across India and abroad — and increasingly, the interfaces that sit on top of our AI automation work. As a Frontend Developer, you'll own the build from design hand-off to production: component architecture, responsiveness, performance, and the small interaction details that make an interface feel considered.

You'll work closely with our designers and backend engineers in a small, senior team where your decisions actually ship. This isn't a ticket factory — you'll have real say in how things are built and the standards we hold.

What you’ll do

  • Build responsive, accessible interfaces from Figma designs using React and Next.js.
  • Own component architecture and reusable UI patterns across client projects.
  • Hit Lighthouse performance, accessibility, and SEO targets on every page you ship.
  • Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs, and wire frontends to CMS-driven content.
  • Collaborate with designers on feasibility and interaction detail before build starts.
  • Review teammates' PRs and help keep our frontend standards high

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years building production frontends with React (Next.js a strong plus).
  • Strong CSS fundamentals and experience with a utility framework like Tailwind.
  • Solid grasp of semantic HTML and WCAG accessibility basics.
  • Comfortable with TypeScript, Git, and modern build tooling.
  • An eye for detail — you notice a 2px misalignment and care enough to fix it.

Bonus points for

  • Experience with a headless CMS (Payload, Sanity, Strapi).
  • Worked on Core Web Vitals / performance optimization at scale.
  • Familiarity with animation libraries (Framer Motion) used sparingly and well.
  • Interest in building UIs on top of AI/LLM workflows.
